Goniodysgenesis is a genetic disease affecting Border Collies caused by a mutation in the OLFML3 gene. It is a developmental abnormality that affects necessary drainage in the eye. This causes pressure to build in the eye, damaging the retina. This condition can lead to glaucoma and blindness.
